Ryan Tracy is a doctoral candidate in English at the CUNY Graduate Center. He has published fiction at KGB Bar Lit, poetry in California Quarterly, Calliope, and CafeMo.com, and criticism in The American Reader, The New York Press, Performa Magazine and The Brooklyn Rail. He has also completed an unpublished first novel, Passing Affliction. Unpublished poetry includes the collections Pastelograms and Tender Bottoms. Ryan holds degrees in Gender Studies and Music Composition. Originally from rural Oregon and northern California, Ryan has lived in New York City since 2000, and now shares his time between NYC and upstate NY.
